We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team in Stockholm, focusing on .NET technologies and production support. This role is ideal for a strong technical leader with a solid background in support operations, incident management, and ensuring service reliability in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead L2/L3 production support activities, ensuring system stability and high availability.
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET).
  • Manage critical incidents and ensure rapid resolution while minimizing business impact.
  • Oversee and continuously improve monitoring and observability practices (APM, logs, alerts).
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Work with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage workflows and service requests.
  • Coordinate 24/7 operations and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer in .NET environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET).
  • Solid experience in L2/L3 support and production environments.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong expertise in incident management, including critical incident handling.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (APM, logging, alerting).
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 support model when required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English.
