We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team in Stockholm, focusing on .NET technologies and production support. This role is ideal for a strong technical leader with a solid background in support operations, incident management, and ensuring service reliability in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead L2/L3 production support activities, ensuring system stability and high availability.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET).
- Manage critical incidents and ensure rapid resolution while minimizing business impact.
- Oversee and continuously improve monitoring and observability practices (APM, logs, alerts).
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Work with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage workflows and service requests.
- Coordinate 24/7 operations and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer in .NET environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET).
- Solid experience in L2/L3 support and production environments.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong expertise in incident management, including critical incident handling.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (APM, logging, alerting).
- Ability to work in a 24/7 support model when required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English.
