We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Advisor to support strategic delivery initiatives across the Nordic region. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong stakeholder management, organizational change expertise, and a deep understanding of Nordic culture and working practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the setup of local delivery structures and work closely with the client to finalize operational models.
• Review, assess, and guide selected candidates across Sweden, Finland, and Norway, ensuring alignment with country-specific security requirements and guidelines.
• Provide advisory support on organizational change management, helping drive smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
• Deliver individual coaching to the company’s program management team, with a focus on Nordic culture, communication styles, and business practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and client stakeholders across the region.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Senior Advisor, Consulting, or Leadership role within complex international environments.
• Strong background in organizational change management and transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with or within Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland).
• Knowledge of regional security expectations and compliance considerations is a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring senior teams.
• Deep understanding of Nordic culture and business practices.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in large-scale program or delivery setup.
• Background in consultancy or client-facing advisory roles.
• Cross-border team coordination experience.
