Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IT service delivery processes and ensure operational excellence
• Implement governance frameworks and quality assurance practices
• Facilitate Agile methodologies with technical and cross-functional teams
• Ensure proper documentation and effective use of backlog management tools
• Coordinate delivery performance and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
• Experience as PMO Lead / Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Manager
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
• ITIL knowledge
• Experience with Azure environments
• Proficiency in Jira and backlog management tools
