Winprovit is recruiting a DevOps Manager (m/f) for a project on a software house that is being developed in Oporto.
Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field;
- More than 10 years in similar roles;
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in Linux Administration, Shell/Perl/Python Scripting;
- Experience writing infrastructure-as-code to design, build, and test cloud security solutions;
- Previous Experience as a cloud architect or system and integration consultant in hybrid application landscapes;
- Solid understanding of all parts of Software Engineering (Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage client accounts and multi-task teams;
- Strong knowledge in DevOps implementation & Practices;
- Strong knowledge in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud implementation;
- Strong knowledge in CI/CD pipeline implementation with best practices;
- Hands-on Experience in any one of these tools & technology:
a) GitHub/Bitbucket/Jenkins/Maven/Bamboo/JIRA;
b) Testing Tools like Selenium/Cucumber/JMeter;
c) Deployment (Chef/Puppet/Ansible /Nebula/Nolio);
d) Build tools (Ant, Maven, Make, Gradle);
e) Infrastructure-as-a-code (IaaC) using Terraform/Cloud Formation Template/ ARM Template;
f) Scripting knowledge in Bash/Python/PowerShell.
- Exposure to Microservices, Database, API implementation;
- Expertise in managing Cloud / VMWare resources and good exposure to Containerization using Docker, Kubernetes;
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
