Job Description
The Field Support position involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a Windows environment, as well as troubleshooting network problems.
- Analyze and diagnose Windows operating systems.
- Diagnose issues with Microsoft tools and hardware.
- Repair and replace computer components.
- Troubleshoot IP network issues using IP commands.
- Configure networking equipment and share printers in a Microsoft environment.
