Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products and initiatives, with a strong focus on applied AI.
Use generative AI tools and agentic workflows in day-to-day activities — from transforming notes into tickets, to generating specifications, data analysis, and supporting decision-making.
Work closely with engineering, design, data teams, and external partners (e.g., technology integrators) to deliver value iteratively.
Translate complex business needs — often involving multiple companies and stakeholders — into clear, measurable, and actionable requirements.
Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) and communicate progress to senior stakeholders, including management and C-level executives.
Actively contribute to the Group’s Product Management community of practice by sharing learnings, tools, and best practices for "AI-native" ways of working.
Identify opportunities to apply AI to existing processes and propose experiments (PoCs) in a structured and measurable manner.
Experience in Product Management (digital products, internal platforms, or B2B/B2C products).
Fluent and critical use of generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and genuine curiosity about agentic workflows and product process automation.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly with different audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments, ideally within business groups with multiple business units.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to comfortably interpret and use metrics to support decision-making.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Preferred: previous experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes (e.g., ERP implementations, systems integrations) or within retail environments.
