Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality competency across the organization, ensuring consistent standards aligned with engineering strategy.

• Define and implement quality processes, practices and automation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Promote shift-left practices and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ensure automated testing (unit, integration, performance, E2E) is embedded into CI/CD pipelines.

• Support Product and Engineering teams in defining effective quality and testing strategies.

• Monitor quality metrics (e.g., stability, coverage, DORA) and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Act as a people leader, fostering technical growth, collaboration and excellence.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Quality Engineering and QA Automation.

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, xUnit or similar).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.

• Solid knowledge of test automation, quality engineering, observability and performance.

• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps practices and software architecture.

• Experience with AI-assisted code and test generation (e.g., GitHub Copilot).

• Previous technical leadership experience.
